Prepare the egg custard. Crack the egg in a bowl. Add greek yogurt to it and mix well. Add ground cardamom and mix.
Take one bread slice and press down in the middle using a fork or the back of a spoon to make an indent in the middle without tearing the bread.
Pour about one-third of the egg custard on the bread. Top it with raspberries and one-third of the pistachios.
Carefully place the bread sliced in the air fryer and cook at 350 F for 5 to 6 minutes. Note: Keep an eye on the bread as some of them may start browning around 4 minutes. In my Cosori air fryer, the custard is fully cooked with crispy brown edges on the bread in 5 minutes.
Carefully take out the toast from the air fryer basket and optionally sprinkle some powdered sugar. Cut it into half and enjoy.
