In a medium bowl add sprouted mung beans, tomatoes, red onion, corn, cucumber, and carrots. You can also add diced avocado, jalapenos, etc
Add red chili powder, salt, and chat masala.
Pour the lime juice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
