Mango Lassi

Smooth and creamy yogurt smoothie with the rich and flavorful aroma of mangoes and saffron.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt plain low fat yogurt works too
  • 1 cup Mango pulp
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron

Instructions

  • Blend all the the ingredients together for 2 mins in a blender. Add more water if you like a thinner consistency. Chill and Enjoy!
