Mango Lassi

Smooth and creamy yogurt smoothie with the rich and flavorful aroma of mangoes and saffron.

  • 1 cup plain yogurt plain low fat yogurt works too
  • 1 cup Mango pulp
  • cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron


  • Blend all the the ingredients together for 2 minutes in a blender. Add more water if you like a thinner consistency. Chill and Enjoy!



Note: You can also use an immersion blender to make mango lassi.
