Add milk to a small saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil
Add pistachio paste, and condensed milk to a cup.
Pour the hot milk over it and whisk with a frother.
Pour it over espresso, and garnish with pistachios. Give a quick stir and enjoy.

Pistachio Paste works great for this recipe, but you can also use pistachio butter from a good brand. I like to add 1 tablespoon of pistachio paste per 6 oz of milk, but you can add more for a nuttier taste
You can make this latte vegan by using dairy-free milk and condensed milk
Add 2 shots of espresso for a stronger coffee
Add more or less condensed milk or change it to your choice of sweetener
