The class I took yesterday was fun and informative, and best of all, delicious!!! Thank you so much for sharing your expert cooking skills with us! I like how you encouraged us to learn the steps and fostered our independence in the kitchen. There were so many cute touches with matching aprons and beautifully designed recipe cards. It was a really wonderful experience!

I have a group of friends that meet regularly for dinner. This time we decided to go to Archana's kitchen for a class instead. We had a great time. It was fun to cook together in a very sociable environment and Archana was able to balance the teaching and socializing. Archana made the cooking easy. Don't be scared by ethnic foods - we made two dishes and both came out great. We ate what we cooked and left with formalized recipes and what we did not eat. My family loved what I brought back - and I plan on making it again (by myself this time). I highly recommend the Ministry of Curry. It cost less than dinner, we had a great time (we brought wine), made wonderful food and left with new skills. I look forward to going back again and learning how to make more new dishes

My friend has always wanted to learn vegetarian Indian cooking, so, for her birthday, I signed us up for Archana's class. I blindly chose Archana based on her welcoming web site and great reviews. All I can say is WOW !!!
From coordinating the date to including my daughter the day of, Archana was so easy and accommodating. Her food is amazing, she is a patient teacher who provides everything you need to make a great meal. Archana's enthusiasm , easy going style and warmth made this a very special occasion.
