Meal planning is a great way to ensure that your family eats healthy meals, especially during busy weeknights. Meal plans not only save time and money but also help you stick to your healthy eating goals.
As a mom with 2 growing boys, I have experienced busy weeknights first hand. The question I get asked the most is “What’s for dinner?” as everyone looks forward to eating home-cooked meals together as a family.
Over the years I have come up with a list of easy to make recipes that both adults and kids enjoy. From one-pot Instant Pot meals to easy Indian recipes, I have recipes that can be easily modified to vegan, gluten-free, or keto-friendly. There is something for everyone and I am excited to share these family favorite recipes with you!
These meal plans include a grocery checklist to help you get the ingredients ready over the weekend. I hope you find these meal plans help to keep those bellies happy and full!
