Sides complete the meal. Growing up I always remember main dishes being accompanied by a vegetable and starch. To me, they make the meal interesting. Chicken with a sweet potato casserole or make it low-carb by serving it with cauliflower rice. The choice is yours!
These side dishes are a perfect place for you to plan your next dinner by choosing one or two sides and then determining what protein would go well with what you’ve chosen. Also, many of the recipes here can be doubled for a main-course size.
