- Layer onions/bell peppers making sure you have a nice flat layer of veggies. Sprinkle with chat masala or salt & pepper (optional).
- Finally, place the second slice of bread chutney side down over the veggies. Cut the sandwich in half lengthwise or diagonally and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 4 sliced white bread or your favorite soft sliced bread
- ยผ cup green chutney
- 1 small cucumber persian
- 1 tomato ripe but firm, thinly sliced
- 1 small potato steamed
Optional veggies
- small onion halves & thinly sliced
- Small Red or green peppers halved and thinly sliced
- avocado thinly sliced
- small beet steamed & thinly sliced
Optional ingredients:
- Butter or neutral oil

- Salt & pepper
