2023 was an incredible year and we created many wonderful memories around the dinner table with friends, and families, enjoying delicious homemade food packed with authentic tastes and flavors.
The most loved recipes of 2023 featured numerous SIMPLE Indian dishes. Among them, the gluten-free Chana Masala and Paneer Jalfrezi stood out. It warms my heart to see these classic Indian recipes becoming regular in your kitchens. Additionally, the Veg Pulao and Aloo Baingan emerged as go-to choices for speedy weeknight dinners for many of our fans!
