Chicken and Fish dishes can also be served with low-carb sides and salads to make an entire meal that is fantastically low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and packed with protein.
This list also includes many Indian curries and stir-fry dishes. Although traditionally these dishes are served with rice or bread, I like to pair them with low-carb cauliflower rice.
There are also lots of low-carb flatbreads and tortillas you can buy to substitute the traditional bread. I have tried mission foods low carb tortillas, available in most grocery stores, and Siete foods grain-free tortillas available in Whole Foods. Both of them have a delightful texture and taste perfect with all of my recipes.
