Who doesn't like a tasty snack? I grew up in an Indian home where the pantry was always stocked with homemade snacks. I am so excited to share with you some of our family favorites!
Starting with the popular Indian snacks - both sweet and savory! There's my mom's easy Shankarpali, that the kids and adults love! It a lightly sweetened snack made with six basic pantry ingredients. Also, the savory recipes like Bhajani Chakli and Spinach Sev are a must-try!
In addition, I have included healthy and gluten-free snacks such as the almond flour brownies and quinoa truffles that are on repeat at my home!
